Responsibilities:
- Campaign Operations Support: Assist in planning, executing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns. Monitor performance and help identify improvements.
- Community Operations Support: Support community engagement, track user feedback.
- Documentation Process Improvement: Help document processes, track product updates, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
