    What you’ll do:

      • Solve user problems through research and data: Gather and analyze user feedback, investigate the user journey, and identify issues and opportunities at scale.
      • Ensure technical quality: Dig into transaction data and edge cases, support debugging, and work with developers to improve reliability and performance.
      • Shape and ship product end-to-end: Own features from problem definition to launch comms. Define scope, create scrappy wireframes, QA edge cases, and announce clearly.
      • Organize the product team: Manage competing priorities and ruthlessly prioritize in Jira to keep the team focused and moving toward the roadmap.
      • Ensure integration quality: Analyze transaction data to catch errors or inconsistencies, and work with developers to fix these issues and improve how our integrations function.
      • Drive product independently: Work directly with the Founder and engineers, defining priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes—no top-down hand-holding.
      • Lead small cross-functional pods: While primarily an IC, you’ll guide designers, QA engineers, and other collaborators toward aligned product outcomes.
      • Collaborate cross-functionally: Share clear updates across engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure smooth and successful launches.

In your first 30 days you’ll:

    • Know the product inside out – after all, we expect our users to be able to do their taxes in under 20 minutes.

    • Work with Robin, our Founder, to clearly articulate the product roadmap.

    • Create a shared brain across teams to empower independent decision-making.

    What you bring

    • Advanced crypto expertise: You’re familiar with trading, DeFi protocols, and on-chain mechanics (even as a hobbyist!), and can speak the language of Web3 users and partners.

    • Analytical and technical fluency and curiosity: You’re someone who can obsess over edge cases and enjoy going deep into technical flows — from investigating data discrepancies to anticipating failure scenarios before users do. You’re also comfortable sifting through the code base when needed.

    • 5+ years of product experience — You’ve worked as a PM in fast-paced environments, are confident writing tickets, grooming backlogs, and working closely with developers.

    • Attention to detail: You spot the smallest of mistakes and have a meticulous approach to QA.

    • Cross-functional collaboration: You communicate clearly and work well across marketing, support, and devs.

    • Hands-on approach: You’re adaptable, enjoy getting involved and embrace a fast-paced, evolving industry.

    • Highly organized and autonomous: You know how to manage complexity, drive progress without waiting for permission, and keep things moving in a high-trust team.

    • Leadership without hierarchy: You’re a strong individual contributor who can also lead a small group (e.g. a designer or QA) toward shared outcomes, without formal people management overhead.

    • You’ve built things from scratch: You’ve built products or features from 0→1, including defining scope, creating scrappy wireframes, iterating on feedback, and making trade-offs that balance UX, tech constraints, and speed.
