Your Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the company’s Fintech Labs, driving prioritization of features and shaping a superior financial UX.
• Translate monetization strategies into product requirements and actionable development plans.
• Define user stories, journeys, and success metrics, working closely with UX and engineering teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Lead rapid experimentation cycles, testing concepts to discover product-market fit and determine potential spin-outs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant product delivery.
• Guide development with continuous feedback loops, balancing technical feasibility, user needs, and strategic priorities.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in web3 or blockchain environments.
• Proven track record delivering user-facing dApps, wallets, or financial applications.
• Strong product sense with the ability to translate complex technical systems into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience driving 0→1 product development, from concept through launch and iteration.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with a systems-thinking approach.
• Familiarity with compliance, security, and best practices in financial product design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in fintech, DeFi, or web3 incubation labs.
• Technical fluency (e.g., smart contracts, blockchain architecture) enabling deep collaboration with engineering.
• Strong UX orientation and experience partnering with design teams.
• Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments to validate product hypotheses.
