Responsibilities:

• Work through product design problems from start to end, taking responsibility for the user experience
• Conduct various user research to bring forward new insights or verify design solutions
• Create detailed end-to-end flows, prototypes, and presentations, ensuring attention to every small detail
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to deliver clear value for external and internal users
• Master the design system to the Zen level and constantly improve its use
• Drive product improvements, proactively generate ideas, and kickstart initiatives aligning with user needs and business objectives
• Present design solutions formulating a clear rationale behind your ideas

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product design
• A portfolio showing end-to-end product design work that solves real problems
• Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviors, turning this into a working product with the engineering team at the highest level of design quality
• Magic ability to transform complex things into simple and clean design solutions
• Experience working with Design systems
• The ability to take ownership, initiate changes, and work as a self-directed member of the product team
• Strong skills in communication and collaboration to convey your design decisions across the company
• Understanding and experience in conducting some of the user research methods
• Experience working in Agile environments, Crypto, and Fintech products
• Good level of spoken and written English (B1+) and Russian
