Key Responsibilities

• Maintain deep expertise in EAP products, including capabilities, limitations, and development roadmaps
• Conduct product demonstrations, client reviews, and technical consultations
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute go-to-market strategies
• Monitor Japanese and global market developments to provide timely insights
• Provide research insights and market analysis to both clients and internal teams
• Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on client requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Background in equity finance or related financial markets
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• High proficiency in Excel and/or API scripting
• Proven relationship-building and client management skills
• Knowledge of how data products support trading and investment decisions

Soft Skills:

• Fluent in Japanese and English, essential for client communication and documentation
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native
• English: Business level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Recent experience in finance, trading, or institutional markets
• Knowledge of stock loans / stock lending
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, particularly AI and machine learning applications
• Strong quantitative analysis and statistical modeling skills
• Experience with data APIs and programming languages (Python, R, SQL)
