Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web payment systems serving millions of users.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product owners to translate business requirements into high-quality digital experiences.
• Lead UX and frontend improvement projects to enhance usability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain shared design systems and UI components ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
• Use analytics, user feedback, and testing to refine journeys and create innovative interaction patterns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile app or web UI/UX design, backed by a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frameworks (React.js or Vue.js).
• Proficiency in Figma and understanding of UX research methods (A/B testing, usability studies).
• Familiar with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional goals.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Fluent (required for local collaboration).
• English: Fluent (required for global communication).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience developing SPAs, PWAs, or SSR applications.
