Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage and process merchant payments across multiple regional banking platforms, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment systems, workflows, and reconciliation processes
• Support strategic projects, including new treasury product implementation and bank redundancy strategies
• Create and analyze payment performance reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Address and resolve payment-related queries with a customer-focused approach
• Foster team collaboration and provide guidance as needed to achieve operational excellence

Required skills

• Proven experience in financial services with a focus on payment operations or treasury
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with payment systems or banking platforms
• Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese

Preferred skills

• Knowledge of MAS Payment Services Act, HK Money Service Operator, or similar regulations
• Strong project management experience in treasury or financial operations initiatives
• Process improvement mindset with a passion for enhancing workflows
