What You’ll Be Doing

• Liaising with teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance, and London HQ on analysing and defining the banking strategy for Revolut Japan
• Managing project prioritisation and assisting with license application
• Defining playbooks and processes execution of Revolut Japan for hyper-growth
• Managing and developing critical vendor relationships and strategic partnerships
• Identifying and developing key banking products and features, as well as operational, licensing, and growth opportunities

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in English and Japanese
• Technical proficiency to create queries and perform data analysis
• Experience within the Japanese banking industry as a Technologist, Project Manager, Consultant, Corporate Strategist, etc.)
• A solid track record of achievement, having quickly assumed responsibilities or won competition awards (can be any academic, professional, and/or sport)
• The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
• To be curious by nature and interested in making an impact
• The ability to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute on your recommendations

Nice to have

• Experience with data tools, such as SQL or Excel
