    Responsibilities

    • Identify new opportunities (self-sourced) within company’s core verticals
    • Present the benefits of company’s solutions, services, and products
    • Negotiate and close deals with Midmarket and SMB merchants
    • Execute on sales meetings
    • Establish relationships with ISV’s, ISO’s, and PSP’s that have reach into the Midmarket and SMB segments
    • Analyze and report on local market activities, industry developments (technical, legal, etc.) whilst also providing competitor insight to ensure our products are fit for purpose within the market
    • Learn the details of the platform and services we provide, both technically (how they work) and from clients’ perspective (how they are used)
    • Ability to demonstrate the ROI of company’s solutions, services, and products
    • Create and maintain relationships with potential clients
    • Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in software sales, specifically in a Hunter role within the payments and FinTech world
    • Excellent verbal and written communications – English is essential, whilst other language skills are helpful
    • Strong Networking and interpersonal skills
    • Self-starter, quick learner, high energy
    • Capable of understanding client requests and key discussion topics, then translating them into an appropriate deliverable
    • Strong time management and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of E-Commerce and Digital Payment Platforms preferred
    • Ability to take direction and work independently
