Join a leading digital asset trading business as a Market Making Trader in Tokyo. In this role, you will trade crypto assets through market making on both exchanges and OTC platforms, while monitoring and improving trading algorithms. Working closely with global teams, you’ll play a key part in shaping trading strategies and quantitative systems in the rapidly growing world of digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute trading of crypto assets via market making on exchanges and OTC.
• Monitor trading algorithms and escalate technical issues in collaboration with international teams.
• Contribute to the development of trading algorithms and alerting systems.
• Conduct quantitative analysis of market making and OTC trading performance.
• Support the continuous improvement of trading strategies and risk controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 1-3 years of trading experience in crypto, equity, FX, or fixed income.
• Algorithmic trading or sell-side market making experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Linux environment experience and Python analysis skills are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interest in digital assets and passion for trading.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and teamwork.

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native level.
• English: Business level (required for collaboration with global teams).
