Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth of lending products, including event content planning, monitoring core indicators, exploring growth opportunities, and optimizing operational strategies;
• Combined with data analysis, improve user growth, conversion and retention, and formulate refined operation plans;
• Pay attention to market dynamics, research competing products, and put forward product optimization suggestions;
• Plan and execute lending product related activities, track performance and optimize marketing strategies;
• Collaborate with product, R&D, risk control and other teams to promote product optimization and function iteration.

Job Requirements

• Understand cryptocurrency trading and be familiar with the operation mode of lending products;
• At least 2 years of experience in the operation of lending products, blockchain or Internet finance,
• Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, data analysis experience is preferred;
• Have good communication skills and teamwork skills, and be able to promote the optimization of products;
• English can be used as the primary working language.
