A global fintech leader is seeking a Korean-speaking Sales Specialist to drive new business development across Japan’s financial sector. In this high-impact role, you will introduce trusted SaaS-based data management and investor relations solutions to financial institutions and corporates. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives across financial institutions and corporations
- Generate new business through strategic prospecting and outreach initiatives
- Lead consultative sales conversations to align client needs with digital solutions
- Own the sales process from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast activity, and report results
- Meet or exceed individual revenue targets and contribute to team goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in financial software or enterprise SaaS
- Track record of success in selling to financial institutions or regulated industries
Technical & Sales Skills:
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Soft Skills:
- Goal-driven, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic sales environments
- Confidence working with C-level executives and investor relations teams
Language Requirements
- Korean: Native
- Japanese: Business to intermediate proficiency
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using CRM platforms to track leads and sales funnel activity
- Knowledge of capital markets, asset management, or fintech services is a plus
