    Responsibilities

    • Proactively manage Key Accounts (Institutional Key customers/VIP clients), as well as identify new clients on board and corporate partnerships with
    • Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
    • Grow market position and drive profitability across the entire product portfolio – including registration, deposit, and develop new business opportunities across different channels and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Create and execute localized strategies to aid in the adoption of a crypto-based ecosystem
    • Increase operational efficiency throughout the business development organization.
    • Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.

    Requirement

    • Institutional Key customers/VIP client resources are required.
    • 1-3 years experience in sales and client services functions with an international financial background in banking, investments, etc.
    • Prior experience in the crypto industry preferred
    • Client portfolio including high-frequency trading firms, family offices, asset managers, etc
    • Effective communicator, and able to external stakeholders and liaise with internal teams such as legal, compliance, AML, etc.
    • Demonstrated track record of delivering growth metrics, such as web traffic, leads, client conversations, and revenue generation.
    • Proactiveness and minimum supervision are needed, as ownership of responsibilities and a task-oriented mindset are a must in a remote set-up
