Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based web applications using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with Japanese-speaking clients and team members to gather and analyze requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and product quality.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and REST APIs.
- Experience with frontend integration using React or Angular is a plus.
- Good understanding of database concepts (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, or Docker.
- Ability to understand technical documents in Japanese and attend Japanese-language meetings (JLPT N3 or better).
