• IT Architecture (Security + Biz, Info, App, Technology) Development and Governance
• Developing and Managing IT Architecture Baseline (As Is IT Architecture)
• To Be Architecture
• Assisting in the development and management of IT blueprints and roadmaps
• Evaluate and plan for the adoption of advanced technologies to meet the needs of Biz
• IT Technology Standard List
• PoC support when implementing new solutions
• Application portfolio Management
• Business Case and Project Solution Governance

■ Supplement to the welcome requirements

• Experience in the information systems department of life insurance and non-life insurance (participation as an IT vendor is also possible)
• IT Architecture framework
• PMP qualification or PM experience
• Experience or interest in technologies such as Fintech (AI, BigData, Block Chain)
• Experience in mainframe development, operation and maintenance
• Knowledge and experience of common technologies (Database, Java, middleware, Devops, cloud)
• Experience or knowledge of DB/data modeling, data analysis (including knowledge of DWH), data quality, and data architect areas
• Be able to communicate (Read/Write/Meeting) in English

■ Mandatory requirements

• Understanding of the SDLC and DevOps experience or knowledge
• More than 5 years of experience in software and application development
• At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect

• Business level Japanese (JLPT N1 recommended)
