    • Spearheaded the development and execution of sales and account management strategies, focusing on market growth in Japan.
    • Serve as a key leader in the market’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader business objectives.
    • Strategically expand the sales team, emphasizing industry-specific verticals and enhanced merchant engagement.
    • Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive team culture, prioritizing professional development and team satisfaction.
    • Develop strong, collaborative relationships across various functions, including marketing, partnerships, product, and finance.

    Required skills

    • 10+ years of sales success ideally within fast-growing companies.
    • 5+ years in leadership role particularly in managing distributed sales teams
    • Experience in SaaS or financial service sales, preferably in high transaction volume environments.
    • Ability to work with teams across different functions and engage with top-level executives.
    • Excellent skills in leadership, organization, and communication, with a proven track record of success in a metrics-focused sales environment.
