Job Description:
- Assist in collecting and organizing the dynamics of the API trading market, changes in customer needs, providing data support.
- Assist the institutional operations team in following up on business negotiations, organizing cooperation materials, and participating in the business negotiation process.
- Assist in maintaining customer relationships, organizing customer feedback, and optimizing service experience.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance or FinTech related field.
- Language Requirements: Bilingual.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, numerate, strong logical thinking
