What You’ll Do
- Build the foundation and strategy for our direct sales and partners in Korea
- Lead the brand and drive business by executing the GTM initiatives for Korea
- Develop, nurture, and convert qualified leads
- Conduct regular training and enhance the sales team’s knowledge and understanding of the Deel platform
- Identify new business opportunities and research potential clients and deals
- Oversee deal-structuring, contract negotiations, and closings
- Manage the prospective pipeline, create presentations, and conduct demos and proposals when necessary
Some Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or tech operations
- Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise internal and external initiatives, and manage time effectively
- Exhibit a grasp on the HR and FinTech sales space
- Be analytical with solid strategy, research, presentation, and expert negotiating skills
- Have an exceptional track record of nurturing noteworthy business relationships in Korea
