Key Responsibilities

• Design machine learning models for credit and risk assessment using behavioral and customer data
• Conduct offline testing and online PoC experiments to validate model performance
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to align AI initiatives with product needs
• Analyze large-scale datasets to extract actionable insights
• Apply deep learning, transfer learning, and causal inference techniques to real-world problems
• Mentor junior researchers and drive knowledge-sharing within the team
• Publish findings and propose patents to drive both innovation and commercial value

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong hands-on experience developing ML/DL models in Python
• Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and data science methods
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and version control (e.g., Git)
• Fluent English communication for international collaboration
• Self-directed and capable of driving research independently
