Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to deliver investor relations solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 8-12 years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in new business development as a hunter.
- Experience in investor relations consulting with a deep understanding of investor relations frameworks.
- Background in a multinational, matrix-style organization.
Soft Skills:
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence senior executives and drive business outcomes.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native proficiency (essential for client engagement and negotiations).
- English: Business level (required for collaboration with global teams).
