Job Description.
- Your main mission is to optimize the database to improve employee productivity so that the various data that is valuable to the company, such as information on business partners, employee job descriptions and actions, can be effectively utilized.
- Creation of sales approach lists
- Define requirements for Salesforce development Creation of dashboards for KPI management Creation of automated workflows
Ideal Profile
- Must be a JPL Level N1, N2 or N3.
- Must be a foreigner currently residing in Japan
- Candidates must meet one of the following criteria Experience in integrating multiple databases Experience with SQL, VBA, Excel (VLOOKUP function), etc. Preferred More than 1 year of experience in HR business such as recruiting, job advertisement, etc. (regardless of job type) Experience in database design/construction
