    Join a leading global technology company as a Data Centre Supervisor, where you will oversee daily data center operations, incident resolution, and SOP compliance. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in IT operations, monitoring systems, and high-pressure incident management. You will lead a dedicated operations team, ensuring high service standards and operational stability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day data center operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
    • Monitor incidents and alerts, ensuring swift resolution while following established protocols.
    • Lead the team in incident response, troubleshooting, and system recovery during operational disruptions.
    • Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders during incidents.
    • Ensure accurate documentation for audits, incident reports, and compliance with operational guidelines.
    • Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and discipline.
    • Maintain operational integrity, making key decisions under pressure to ensure system stability.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years in IT operations, with at least 2 years in data center supervision.
    • Proven experience in incident detection, classification, and response strategies.
    • Strong background in monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and alert management.
    Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in incident management frameworks such as ITIL.
    • Knowledge of data center technologies, best practices, and infrastructure monitoring.
    • Familiarity with audit compliance and operational reporting.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, particularly under high-pressure conditions.
    • Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear incident updates and documentation.
    • Ability to mentor and develop team members in a collaborative environment.

    Language Requirements

    • Japanese: Native level (for client and internal communication).
    • English: Fluent (for reporting and global team collaboration).

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience with ITIL incident management frameworks.
    • Advanced degree in IT management or a related field.
