Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding FX and CFD services via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with account opening procedures and system operations
• Lead, develop, and manage the customer support team
• Collaborate with global support and product teams to enhance service quality
• Investigate and resolve customer issues to ensure high satisfaction
• Update website content and support deposit and withdrawal procedures
• Streamline customer support processes to improve efficiency and resolution time

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Must hold a Type 1 Financial Instruments Business registration with the Japan Securities Dealers Association
• Must be registered as a securities agent with the Financial Futures Association of Japan
• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred

Technical Skills:

• Basic PC operation and typing skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and task prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency
• English: Intermediate to Business-level proficiency

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of FX or CFD trading and a strong interest in financial markets
• Customer service experience in the financial industry (FX, CFDs, derivatives)
• Interest or experience in online trading service providers
