    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and efficiency
    • Assist with booking completions and proactively resolve payment-related issues
    • Collect and escalate user feedback to improve processes and services
    • Support daily operations to ensure a seamless payment experience for users
    • Contribute to new projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience & Education:
    • Relevant experience in a customer-oriented environment
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    Core Competencies:
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Positive, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to customer service

    Language Requirements

    • Japanese: Fluent
    • English: Intermediate to Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience using CRM tools is a plus
