Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chat support professionally.
- Assist customers in Japanese and English.
- Maintain fluency in both spoken and written communication.
- Ensure a minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with accuracy.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and solution-oriented responses.
- Work collaboratively with the team to resolve queries efficiently.
- Adapt to new processes, tools, and software for better customer support.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay calm under pressure, handling high call volumes while ensuring quality service.
