    Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

    • Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chat support professionally.
    • Assist customers in Japanese and English.
    • Maintain fluency in both spoken and written communication.
    • Ensure a minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with accuracy.
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and solution-oriented responses.
    • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve queries efficiently.
    • Adapt to new processes, tools, and software for better customer support.
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Stay calm under pressure, handling high call volumes while ensuring quality service.
