    A global fintech payments firm is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist users with their inquiries and enhance their payment experience.

    Roles/Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy.
    • Deliver efficient and personalized solutions to resolve user challenges.
    • Proactively engage with users to ensure successful transactions and address potential issues.
    • Gather user feedback to identify trends and contribute to service improvements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and optimize the user experience.

    Required skills

    • Native-level Japanese proficiency with business-level English communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, particularly in resolving customer issues.
    • Ability to multitask and remain effective under pressure.
    • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • Familiarity with customer service tools and systems is a plus.
