    Roles/Responsibilities

    • Provide expert support for enterprise clients and big brands, ensuring their needs are met.
    • Assist the sales team by educating clients on services during the later stages of the sales process.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date portfolio records.
    • Facilitate software training sessions for both clients and internal teams.
    • Monitor and manage docketing and data reconciliation processes.
    • Contribute to process improvements and support change management initiatives

    Required skills

    • Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on relationship management.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Ideally experience in Legal field or Intellectual Property
