    Roles/Responsibilities

    • Master the functionality of an advanced financial data platform to provide expert guidance.
    • Facilitate customer onboarding and training to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create engaging demonstrations and proof-of-concept materials.
    • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Monitor customer engagement metrics, proactively supporting retention and minimizing churn.
    • Leverage platform capabilities to develop impactful content for campaigns.
    • Maintain detailed records of interactions and account insights within CRM tools.

    Required skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a related field, with a strong interest in macroeconomics and data analysis.
    • Exceptional analytical abilities combined with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a results-driven and self-motivated approach to achieving goals.
