    • Manage existing customer and develop new business in the finance sector.
    • Develop strategic account plans and manage their execution.
    • Deliver impactful proposals and presentations to clients.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities for growth within existing customer accounts

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Customer Account Manager Should Have

     

    • Proven sales experience in the financial software industry, payment solution background advantage.
    • A strong understanding of the finance sector.
    • Good communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage relationships with existing customer and develop new business.
    • Fluent Japanese and business English
