Creative Operations Manager

    What You’ll Do:

    • Build and maintain systems, tools, and workflows that streamline collaboration between creative and marketing teams
    • Implement and manage project tracking, asset management, and content rights systems to ensure visibility, organization, and compliance
    • Design and optimize review, approval, and intake processes that enable speed without sacrificing quality
    • Support resource allocation, capacity planning, and project scoping across a multi-disciplinary team
    • Identify and drive operational efficiencies through automation, documentation, and continuous process improvement

    What You’ll Bring:

    • 6-8+ years experience in creative or marketing operations roles, ideally at a high-growth startup
    • Proven track record implementing systems and workflows from the ground up
    • Deep understanding of in-house creative team dynamics and cross-functional needs
    • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Linear)
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive team-wide adoption of new processes
    • Comfort working autonomously and proactively in fast-paced, evolving environments
    • Ability to translate strategic goals into scalable, tactical execution plans

    Nice to Have’s:

    • Fintech Experience
