Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue growth and full P&L ownership for the Japan business
- Build and manage cross-functional teams including Sales, BD, Customer Success, Presales, and Post-Sales
- Develop and operationalize go-to-market strategy tailored to the Japanese fintech ecosystem
- Ensure product-market fit by aligning customer feedback with product and GTM roadmap
- Represent Japan leadership across internal stakeholders and executive teams globally
- Drive alignment across sales, marketing, product, and partnerships functions to achieve growth targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years total, with 10+ years in growth strategy or revenue leadership roles (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, etc.)
- Leadership: Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams (10+ people)
- Strategic Planning: Deep understanding of GTM execution and scaling strategies
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset and ability to resolve cross-functional challenges
- Execution: Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
- Product: Track record of influencing product roadmap to meet Japan market needs
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business-level or above
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience launching or scaling fintech operations in Japan
- Strong professional network and cultural fluency within the Japanese business landscape
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with customer-centric mindset
