Roles/Responsibilities
- Set up the Japan entity, developing a go-to market strategy and building the office and initial team from the ground up.
- As the representative of Japan, interact with and build relations with investors, strategic partners, regulators such as the FSA, and other key stakeholders.
- Set up operations and processes aligning with business goals and compliance.
Required skills
- Experience in a leadership position such as Managing Director, CEO, Head of Dept or other.
- In depth knowledge of Japan’s financial industry and its regulatory environment.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in fixed income / structured finance is ideal.
