    A leading financial intelligence provider seeks a client-focused professional to drive service excellence in their Investor Relations division.

    Roles/Responsibilities

    • Deliver comprehensive product training and system orientation for both new and existing clients
    • Manage daily client interactions through multiple communication channels, providing timely solutions and support
    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance service delivery
    • Execute client onboarding processes while maintaining high-quality documentation standards
    • Create customized data reports and analysis to meet specific client requirements
    • Monitor and optimize service quality through proactive issue resolution and client feedback collection
    • Collaborate with product teams to implement client-driven improvements

    Required skills

    • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience in client account management, preferably in FinTech or financial services
    • Strong command of MS (Microsoft) Office suite with advanced data analysis capabilities
    • Proven ability to multitask and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
