    A global payments company is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with key education clients.

    Roles/Responsibilities

    • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their goals and strategies.
    • Create and execute account plans to maximize client growth, utilization, and revenue opportunities.
    • Align client onboarding, marketing, training, and support initiatives to deliver value and enhance client outcomes.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project implementations.
    • Manage commercial activities such as contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and identifying opportunities for product expansion.

    Required skills

    • 3-5 years of experience in account management, relationship management, or sales.
    • Background in travel, education, or fintech is a plus
    • Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
    • Experience using CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
