Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Define scope, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth execution.
- Timely Delivery: Manage quality, budget, and deadlines to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder & Risk Management: Maintain clear communication, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks across teams.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to industry standards and provide transparent updates.
- Handover & Change Control: Oversee project transitions, obtain client sign-off, and ensure process compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5-10 years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years in fintech.
- Proven track record in delivering projects on time and budget in Agile, multi-stakeholder environments.
Industry Expertise:
- Preferred experience in Cards, Payments, and Financial Schemes.
- Strong risk and commercial management skills across multiple time zones.
Leadership & Communication:
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Required (Fluent).
- English: Business-level (for international communication).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with global payment systems, APIs, and cloud-native fintech solutions.
- Ability to manage international clients and navigate complex regulatory environments.
