In this client-facing role, you will deliver comprehensive platform support to leading Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese financial institutions, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and operational excellence. You will work with cutting-edge financial technology, including machine learning and vectorized pricing systems, and collaborate with global teams to solve complex challenges in risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end platform support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service
• Perform data analysis across enterprise data systems and risk factor utility platforms
• Investigate technical issues and system anomalies, focusing on data integrity and reconciliation
• Support implementation and validation of new product features through testing and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues efficiently
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain accuracy and reliability of data and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Strong background in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with complex financial datasets
• Knowledge and interest in financial markets and risk management concepts
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours to accommodate global client needs
• Mandarin language skills a plus, along with Japanese and English proficiency

Soft Skills:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with international teams
