Responsibilities

• • • Governance & Performance Management:

  Maintain an efficient management cadence for accountability and decision-making.Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams for P&L and KPI oversight.Identify and communicate opportunities and risks to business leaders.

• • • Analytics, Insights and Reporting:

  Work with Data Analytics teams to understand the business and generate strategic insights.Develop action plans to drive growth in core and new business areas.Create regular reports for senior management.

• • • Industry & Competition:

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive research.Develop and drive competitive strategies.

• • • Org & Process Optimization:

  Partner with internal stakeholders to improve organizational design.Optimize internal processes to support growth.

• • Special Projects:

Lead task forces and manage high-impact, high-priority projects.

Requirements

• Experience in finance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills.
• Ability to build strong cross functional relationships – communications and engaging with internal stakeholders of various levels is key.
• Project and change management experience.
• Experience in and understanding of financial and blockchain trading business a plus.
• MBA, BA, or BS from top university.
