Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data models and implement feature engineering to support business analytics and reporting.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure accurate and efficient data processing.
• Collaborate with risk teams to develop key reports and dashboards using BI tools like Looker.
• Support machine learning data scientists by developing batch ML pipelines for training and prediction.
• Work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to align data initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive business insights by identifying patterns in customer behavior, risk metrics, and business performance.
• Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of data for both business and technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data modeling, feature engineering, and ETL pipeline development.
• Experience with Spark, SQL, and job orchestration tools such as Airflow or Prefect.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and data integration practices.

Preferred skills

• Experience in financial services, payment services, or fraud prevention.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Glue, SageMaker, and Redshift.
