Roles/Responsibilities

• Craft sophisticated data representations that capture complex business metrics with precision and efficiency.
• Design robust data processing systems ensuring seamless information flow and maintaining exceptional data integrity across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with risk management teams to develop intuitive reporting frameworks using cutting-edge business intelligence visualization tools.
• Construct sophisticated batch processing pipelines that empower predictive modelling capabilities and facilitate advanced analytical insights.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams across the business and technology teams to align technological initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Required skills

Technical Proficiencies:

• Advanced Spark development skills (Scala preferred)
• Expertise in building production-grade ETL pipelines
• Proficiency with job orchestration platforms
• Experience creating data marts for scientific and business applications
• Competence with business intelligence visualization tools

Domain Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of financial technology metrics
• Ability to translate complex industry-specific definitions into performant code
• Capability to process large-scale datasets efficiently

Languages:

• Business level English
• Conversational level Japanese is helpful
