In This Role, You Will
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystem.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline events, including industry conferences, meetups, and webinars to engage potential partners and users.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders, including blockchain projects, fintech companies, institutional partners, and industry influencers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies and positioning.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and engineering) to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Represent the company at major Web3 events, networking opportunities, and industry panels to enhance brand presence and attract business prospects.
You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
- A background in payment companies is required, with some exposure to Web3 clients.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing partnerships in the tech or fintech space.
- Experience in organizing and hosting industry events, both virtual and physical.
- Proficiency in English, and conversational Mandarin is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and work independently with a proactive mindset.
