Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between customers and tech teams, facilitating clear communication
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable business requirements
• Collect and document business requirements for product development
• Support project impact analysis and milestone tracking
• Assist development teams by clarifying requirements and resolving issues
• Capture, analyze, and coordinate issue resolution in a structured manner
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product functionality

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 3+ years in IT development
• 1+ year in requirement definition and API integration
• Knowledge of Java, relational databases, and Linux

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and customer-facing experience

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Business level
• English: Business level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Payments industry expertise, including card processing, ISO8583, digital wallets, and Japan’s payment networks (CAFIS/Cardnet)
• Familiarity with AWS, PCI DSS compliance, and data encryption/decryption
• Experience or knowledge in cloud-based distributed systems design and operations
