Key Responsibilities:
•Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and execute market entry strategies for the cryptocurrency exchange in Korea, Australia, Russia, and Japan.
•Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, business partners, and strategic allies within the regions.
•Growth Strategy: Develop region-specific growth strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and user base.
•Local Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local regulations to provide insights and inform decision-making.
•Sales and Outreach: Engage in direct sales, outreach efforts, and partnership negotiations to drive adoption of the platform in each region.
•Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all business operations align with regional regulations.
•Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align local initiatives with global business objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or tech industry.
• In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and local market nuances in Korea, Australia, Russia, and Japan.
• Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders in each region.
• Experience in navigating regulatory environments and compliance requirements in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Fluent in English and native or advanced proficiency in the language of the respective region (Korean, Russian, Japanese, or similar).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
