Key Responsibilities

• Support AWS Cloud applications, infrastructure operations, and cloud system implementation.
• Manage cloud infrastructure tasks, including patching, monitoring, security, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain documentation, create templates, and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
• Handle support tickets and ensure smooth cloud operations.
• Develop test plans, conduct system reviews, and ensure quality assurance.
• Share technical expertise with the team while managing project deliverables.
• Report on project status, risks, and continuous improvement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years as an AWS Cloud Engineer in development and support.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migration projects.

Technical Skills:

• Strong AWS Cloud administration and support knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Solid understanding of IT processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in schedule, quality, and cost management.
• Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively.

Language Requirements
