    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and other teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and track progress against these plans.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and resolve project issues to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders, including senior management.
    • Lead in developing and executing the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering and other departments, ensuring alignment on priorities and objectives.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and apply lessons learned to future projects.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and fintech.
    • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in program and change management to increase efficiency and productivity.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Min 12 + yrs of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role within the fintech or payments industry.
    • Strong technical background with an understanding of software development, systems architecture, and emerging technologies.
    • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
