    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and engage potential partners to drive the adoption of our financial platform, focusing on financial institutions (FIs), corporates, and businesses worldwide.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to expand strategic partnerships.
    • Develop compelling partnership proposals and lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding, technical integration, and ongoing operational success.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
    • Provide continuous support to partners, addressing any partnership-related concerns and optimizing collaboration.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, group entities, external partners, and vendors to drive the development and promotion of key fintech solutions.
    • Track and analyze partner performance, including P&L contributions, to ensure business objectives are met.
    • Stay informed on relevant regulatory requirements and the latest innovations in fintech, particularly in the stablecoin and payments space, to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in business development and partnerships within financial services, payments, or fintech-related industries.
    • Deep expertise in payments and Web3.0, with a strong understanding of blockchain-based financial solutions.
    • Experience in cryptocurrency on/off-ramp solutions is a plus.
    • Proven track record in commercializing and operationalizing innovative business models and fintech solutions.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and identify business opportunities.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
    • Highly results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to exceed expectations.
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.

     

    • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel (ability to use complex functions, design efficient and easy-to-read sheets, and perform what-if analysis)
    • Microsoft PowerPoint Intermediate (where you can create concise, to-the-line slides for executives)

    【Welcome】

    – English proficiency (TOEIC700 points or more, work experience in business),

    bookkeeping level 2 or higher, knowledge of corporate finance (corporate valuation, WACC, NPV, IRR)

    【Salary】

    Annual income: 6.1 million ~ 11.35 million Monthly

    salary: 368625 yen per month
