Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage administrative department.
- Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve internal processes for better productivity and service quality.
- Manage departmental budgets and prepare regular financial and operational reports.
- Lead and mentor administrative team members
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support strategic planning and organizational development.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
- Over 5-7 years of experience in administrative or operations roles.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
